I am building a computer for the first time, here is my parts list:
CPU: Intel Core i3-2100
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-H67M-D2
Graphics: AMD Radeon HD 6670
RAM: Kingston ValueRAM 4 GB 1333MHz DDR3
Case: Cooler Master Elite 341
PSU: Cooler Master Elite 460W ATX +12V V2.31 SATA, PCI-E Power Supply RS460-PSAR-J3-US
Optical Drive: Sony Optiarc
Hard Drive: Seagate 1 TB 7200RPM – Have

The total cost comes out to $350 (I am adding the graphics card later) without the hard drive. I have some room in my budget but not very much. Any recommendations on the parts i should get?

what is the computer going to be used for?

the PSU is not a good choice. I suggest a Corsair, Antec or this:
XIGMATEK NRP-PC Series ACXTNRP-PC402 400W $35

I would also recommend this MB:
ASRock H61M/U3S3 LGA 1155 Intel H61 $75

and this RAM
Mushkin Enhanced Essentials 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333 $26 +Free shipping

If you are looking to game on this system I would recommend at least a HD 5770/6770 GPU. if you have room in your budget.

SAPPHIRE Vapor-X 100328VXL Radeon HD 6770 1GB $129 + $20MIR
