The I3 will be faster than both the E350 and Atom. The E350 and Atom are both ultra lower power, ultra low TDP. It makes it good if you are traveling and can't plug in your computer but IMO are painfully slow. They focus so much on saving power and low heat that it doesn't leave much in terms of performance.

Never settle for an E-series APU from AMD. It's garbage unless its in a tablet. As for Atom, its pure garbage no matter what.
