i3 2120 3.3 ghz + gtx 1050 ti 4gb oc (8gb ram)

so guys, i have 3 questions here
my resolution is 1366 * 768
first, i know mine is so old and low-end, but it is all about money, no money,no high-end hardware

1. may anyone give the best overclock for my specs ?
im using msi afterburner, i tested so many clock numbers but it seems it doesnt reach any fps
in a game like gta v, there are same place that make my fps drop at 25
if i can reach 5 fps more, it will be helpful, so it will be 30 fps (the minimum)
so, i will appreciate it if anyone can help me

2. will i get more fps if i cange my cpu (i3 2120) to i7 2600 / i7 2600k ?
because i just have 100 dollars, if i change the motherboard to get the newest generation,it will cost alot

3. was it a big mistake by buying gtx 1050 4gb oc in 2018 ?
iam happy with it, but seems so many people on internet hate it,whenever i see some review / performance / benchmark, there are so many out of topic comments

1. Sorry but I can't really give advice on overclock, but you can look it up on forums

2. An i7 2600 is much much stronger than what you have now, games will run much better with that

3. No, the GTX 1050 Ti is actually pretty decent for games like GTA V.

BUT! Before buying a new CPU please tell me the amount of RAM you have, and the clock speed(s) of it/them, and if you have it in 1 2 or 4 sticks
GTA V needs at least 8 GBs of RAM to run properly
