i3 2120 bottleneck r9 270x ?

Well, if your biggest worries in the world would be if your CPU is bottlenecking your GPU then you are a blessed man.
It may be bottlenecking a bit, but I think you can solve it by overclocking your processor a bit. Still, you will hardly see the effect.

no. it means you dont need to worry about the cpu bottlenecking it. there can be issues with the psu not having enough power for the card. you would need a 5-600W psu at least

You can't really over clock the I3. It is not unlocked like the K versions of the I5 and I7.

No...it means your framerate won't be as high as if you had an I5...

That is the older socket 1155 motherboard. If you got that you would have to get an older Sandy Bridges CPU. You want to get a socket 1150 motherboard if you want to go with the latest Haswell CPU's.

yea if you end up upgrading your CPU grab a 3570(don't spend the extra on the K model your MoBo won't overclock)...check to see if you need a BIOS upgrade...it should work with IVy just fine as long as your BIOS is compatible.

i mean can it handle just for now , so after i get budget ill upgrade GPU and MB or i need something else please give me some options
