i3-2120 vs G4400

Which is better one for gaming - i3-2120 or G4400?

A 6 year old 4 threaded i3 vs a fairly current 2 threaded Pentium ??

They're really too hard to compare mate , the pentium has better single core performance , the i3 has 2 extra threads.

Neither are great choices at all , finding a decent board for the old i3 will be a pita , the newer Pentium will let you down in games that are heavily multi-threaded.

You should be looking at the pentium g4560 which is the best of both world's & is cheap, the only issue being that b250 boards aren't.

Assuming you're in India ?? A g4560 & a decent board is around 11000 inr.

go g4560. Throw all away your i3 options you have especially the 6th gen and older generations. g4560 will beat any i3 except the 6100 & 7100. But buying the 6100 is not worth it. And g4560 will just flat out the g4400. So go g4560.
