As the title says i was wondering which one for gaming and streaming with shadowplay on 750 ti.
The price is the same.

Due to higher core count and ability to overclock, the xeon probably would be a better option for both gaming/streaming scenario

I personally can't tell which would give you a better performance, but you should also consider the motherboard that you're getting. Which LGA1151 or LGA771 do you plan on getting? The Xeon might also consume twice as much power from the outlet.
