i3 3240 => Gtx 960 or r9 380

I got i3 3240. This summer, i want to buy a good graphic card.My choice is:Gtx 960 4gb and r9 380 2gb . Which one should i choose for better performance with my i3 3240 ?
In my country, the gtx960 4gb price = r9 380 2gb price. So which one should i choose??

R9 380 4GB is a better card than the GTX 960. Now if your options are only GTX 960 and R9 380 2GB then go for the GTX 960.

There are no fps comparisons between gtx 960 4gb vs r9 380 2gb. I m really confused, i cant afford to buy r9 380 4gb version, it 's price is way more expensive than gtx 960 4gb and r9 380 2gb.
Review said that r9 380 has better performance, but the difference is r9 380 2 gb and 4gb of gtx 960.
1 more question : Is r9 380 too hot ??? Will it die and broke fast? Or maybe i should take gtx 960
