i3-3250 VS i5-3340

Now I am on quite a bit of a budget and the difference in pricing would be the result of me being able to afford a new 1080p monitor for my rig. I want to know in terms of gaming if i will notice a huge increase in performance in the i5 over the i3?

My current CPU is the G2030 3Ghz Dual Core non HyperThreaded.
Would my framerate be better with an i3 than what I have now in games such as BF4 60players servers? Or would it be better to save for an i5-3340 later on?

ALWAYS buy the i5 . It is, simply put, twice as big as an i3,and has roughly 40 % higher gaming performance.
The i3 is a bit better than what you have but not vastly better. Upgrading from pentium to i3 is a bad move long term, buy the monitor and save for the i5.
Get a used i5 after xmas. They will be a bit cheaper as there will be more used spares about.
