The chips perform about the same in multithreaded applications the I3 is better for single threaded.
As long as you r not gaming the Intel chip is better, the AMD GPU is nearly as good as the intel but will do better for games (you still have to keep all settings on low with either gpu).

Either way they are close, Id get the cheaper one, or the one that comes with more ram or the one easier to upgrade the ram (safe assumption both of these chips are for netbooks/small laptops/ or tablets which usually come with 4gb ram?)

both are with 8gb ram and just 20$ difference in price , then which one to buy (will play just csgo)
