i3 4010U vs N3530 pentium

What is better i3 4010U, 1.7 ghz or Intel Pentium N3530, 2.16 boost to 2.58 ghz. I do not game. But do lots of multitasking, surfing, streaming... sometime up to 15 or more windows open at a time. I am looking at 11.6" laptops with max ram 4gb, 500gb HDD.

Max. Power Consumption (TDP = Thermal Design Power)

4010U has TDP 15W
N3530 - 7.5W
My laptop processor has 35W TDP and it lasts 3-4 hours Internet surfing and 2-3 hours playing games . But 4010U is an ultra low voltage , so draws 2.33x less power than mine .

Look at the single core result N3530 has about 2x lower score , it means a lot of applications will lag .

Dont forget i3 4010U has Hyperthreading thus it has 4 threads ,
i3 4010U has 20 stream units but N3530 only 4 .
