Is i3-4130 + GTX750 TI good enough for games like World of Warcaft, NBA 2k15, GTA V, The Sims 4, NFS? Or will the G3220 + GTX750 TI perform just almost the same and more appropriate for upgrades later on?
The Pentium will be more than sufficient for most of those purposes.
The worst raids in wow might give you an issue, and GTA V is way, way, way more difficult than any of the other things you name, and will probably chug even the i3 and 750ti.

So do you think its better to get the Pentium G3220 + GTX750TI now and upgrade later to an i5 or maybe i7 if I could reach? Anyways, I play WoW most of the time. Do you think the G3220 +GTX750TI will stutter badly on raids in WoW WOD? Or will it still manage to be playable?
That's probably a good plan, yes. And don't worry about upgrading to an i7 - it performs exactly the same as an i5 for gaming.
I think that as long as you have graphics effects tuned to what the 750ti can handle, you should be just fine. I don't play wow, but my media PC has a pentium and a 750ti, and it's surprisingly capable.
