Hello I am on a pretty tight budget an looking to build my first custom pc for streaming league of legends an was wondering if the dual core i3 4150 would hold up or if he would be better to use an amd for a low budget ?

stay with intel ... even if the cpu is little low , the upgrde path will be open for you in the future unlike AMD.

at any time you can add i5 or i7 ...

Ok ill mess with it a bit more the FM2 platform is suck defunct now I would stay away and the FX-6300 because of streaming the 860k is not good for streaming
