i3 4150 upgrade suggestion?

so recently i want my pc to run some games like Arma3, DCS World or even CoDWWII .However i don't have much money to get a new GPU and my current GPU is GTX750OC which is not enough to run these games.
So i wonder should i get a new GTX1060 or anything else ?
because i only got around $150 usd budget and sorry for my bad english ;(

at that budget the best you can get is a gtx 1050 ti


arma 3 needs a stout cpu to run well, minimum a i5 or better
