I3 4150 vs fx6300 which should I buy?
If i3 prefer h81 motherboard if fx prefer low budget motherboard.

I have bought sapphire HD 7770 1GB DDR5.

I would recommend H87/97 boards over H81 or B85, but if you must choose between those 2 go for an H81, Intel B motherboards have features that regular consumers will most likely never touch so it's not worth getting one if it costs more.

H87 has more robust features than H81 such as special Intel motherboard functions/mechanisms like Intel Rapid Storage and Smart Response Technology, more USB 3.0 slots, more SATA ports, more PCIE lanes, more Memory DIMM slots per channel, etc.

H87 should be your choice since it allows for more upgrades to be done to your computer, however, if you truly are on a tight budget an H81 will suffice, though it will have to be replaced if you would like to tinker and add to your hardware
I would take an FX6300/6350 with a decent motherboard (990FX) and cooler over an I3 any day.

The FX63xx at 4.5+ Ghz can rival the I5 in heavily threaded games/apps. Most games aren't able to use more than 3 or 4 cores/threads.

However, for normal every day use or if you don't want to overclock, the I3 will generally be faster.

The FX6300 is old, outdated, and offers no upgrade path. It only beats an i3 when it can fully utilize all 6 cores which is rare.
The i3 is faster 90% of the time and WAY faster 50% of the time. It also offers a far better upgrade path, and would prove to be cheaper to use when compared to an overclocked FX, and I'm not even talking about power usage.

That thread is making a comparison between and i5 and the FX6300. i5 is a better CPU overall.
here the OP is comparing an i3 vs FX 6300
