i3 4150 will bottleneck gtx 960...?

I want to upgrade my pc for gaming and i found some components in my budget....

Clu I3 4150
Gpu Gtx 960
Mobo Any h81 mobo
Psu Seasonic 430W S12ll series 80+ bronze
Ram (4gb×2) 1600 mhz

I want to play assassin's creed unity, farcry 4 and ryse son of rome like games on ultra settings and my res is 1366×768

I believe the 2nd gen i3's have been tested with 970's at least, and they didn't bottleneck. So you should be fine with a 960.

It could be better to pick a low end 4th gen I5, but the I3 is fine.... Also, a single 8GB RAM stick would mean that you cand upgrade easily to 16GB in the future. The performance loss is negligible next to the convinience of such an easy upgrade.
