What is the best option to gaming use?

i3-4160 + GT 430 = Good CPU, Very weak GPU. Worse than onboard graphics of the i3-4160

G2020 + GT 740 = Very weak CPU, weak 720p graphics card

Save your money and try to build a better system later. This is not enough for gaming at all.

games like a BF4 and more runs great on low-med settings. (1600x900)

core i3 with 430 is better than onboard graphic , but for gaming g2020 with 740gpu is far better.
when i had g2020 + gtx 650 oc i played many games at high setting in 1600*900 (2013 titles)
but some games like dragon age , far cary , COD and future AAA games won't run on dual core cpu .
save more money and get core i3 with better gpu (at least radeon 260x)
