i3 4170 + 750ti bottlenecking?

There is always a GPU or CPU limit in everything. 750TI would definitely be GPU limited. 950 is a reasonable balance for most games if that's what you care about.

i3-4170 + GTX 950 would be ideal, but see if you can afford i3-6100 + GTX 950.

Literally, just want a cheeky bit of bf4 at med/high settings above 60fps 1080p now and then over the next year or two. Am willing to go for a 950 but I don't know which one is best. Needs to be similar style (2 fans) to the 750 i picked as its going in a midi tower and itx gpu's dont look great in a midi tower :/
