Agreed, gtx 960 is way overkill. For solid frame rates always at ultra settings, get the GTX 950!! You'll probably still get a couple frame dips with the 750 ti. I also suggest using DSR on such a small resolution, you have plenty of power to do so on a GTX 950. Upvote 0 Downvote
