i3 4170 or i5 4690 or i5 4460

Which one should I take ? i3 4170 is the cheapest, i5 4460 is the middle ,and the 4690 is the best and the most expensive. Which one should I take ? How good is i3 4170 and is it better than 4460?

It is for gaming, and my gpu is Gainward GTX 960 OC 2GB,also I have 12GB RAM.
I could afford all 3 but I wouldn't want to spend more than 150 euros , so the 4690 is off.
I am in Montenegro.

a 4460 is the way to go as a 4690k would be worth it unless its less than 10% more in cost than the 4460 a 4460 is the way to go and a i3 only has two core meaning that in 4 core games it will take a proformance hit over the i5s
