i3-4330 + 2400MHz ?

I'm looking at getting this combination:

Intel i3-4330
+
ASRock Z87 PRO3
+
HyperX 8 GB 2400 MHz CL11 Intel XMP

My question is, will the Ram be able to run at full 2400MHz speed, with this combo?

Memory Type for the ASrock pro3 DDR3-1066/1333/1600/1866/2133/2400/2800
no problems with the mobo,
the cpu supported memory is only DDR3-1333, DDR3-1600 and since you can not OC the cpu you wont be able to run at 2400 MHz
I would suggest buying a 4670k so you can run the RAM at the higher frequency
or buying a lower speed RAM

It sais the 4670k only supports 1333 - 1600 aswell, is this true, or can I enable it through XMP?
