I3-540 FSB:DRAM ratio

I recently found out that my FSB and DRAM ratio actually matters a lot. So I checked CPU-Z and this is what it looked like:

I think that's not okay at all and I figured you guys could help my out in this. What should I do about it? Is it dangerous to leave it like this?

I know I have to change the CPU settings (BCLK, multipliers etc) but don't know exactly how to do it.
