Yes 7400 w/ 1070. 1070 can do 2k pretty well. And change your motherboard to H270 or B250. Then you are good to go. BTW what is your monitor resolution with frequency?

its not worth getting a locked i5 imo. just get an older i5 that will overclock as theres no difference between new i5's and older ones by 1-2 fps. the i5 4690k is perfect as it is the same as the i5 6600k/7600k in terms of performance for much less. look for a second hand i5 4690k and a z97 lga 1150 mobo and you're set. you've saved yourself money on the motherboard and cpu with no performance decrease.
