I would get the 64 bit as then you have a product key for windows 64 bit. 32 bit frankly is useless unless your CPU cannot support 64 bit. and if it cant, then it is probably woefully out of date.
I think the OP may be concerned based on the statements from MS about how they won't officially support older OS's on Skylake. http://arstechnica.com/information-technology/2016/03/skylake-support-on-windows-7-and-8-1-given-a-one-year-extension/
That being said, OP should be fine.
