i3 6100 + GTX 1060 6GB or i5 6400 + GTX 1060 3GB

I am new to PC building and this is my first time building one. The title basically says it all and I am confused between the two builds. I have a fixed budget tho but if you think you can make a better build with a $700 budget it is much appreciated.
