Yeah with everything on max inc. things like Hairworks in Witcher 3 I just don't see it "in real gameplay" honestly staying above 60fps... sure it might be close but as newer games come out things are gonna be pushed even harder. So if it's barely doing it now on some key games I don't see it being cool even 6 months from now.
But with a 1080p 27" Gsync monitor you are pretty much guaranteed at least 60fps with max settings moving forward for a good amount of time. Personally, I'd rather have 1080p with AA and all the bells and whistles than 1440p and lower settings, but that's just me of course.
