i3 6100 OC vs i5 6500

I'd like to build a new PC for 1080p gaming and i recently heard that AsRock enabled overclocking (BCLK) non K CPUs on Z boards. There's many drawbacks, but i dont care. Disabled igpu, no power saving stuff for example.
There's 2 options:
i3 6100+entry level z170 board+cooler+2666 ram VS i5 6500+decent b150 board+2133 ram
The gpu will be a gtx950.

Getting an i5+Z board is not an option. (money reasons)

So, what do you guys think? Thx!

The i5 by miles , 4 real threads is always going to be better than hyperthreading irregardless of clock speeds.
The 6500 is equal to an haswell 4690 - its plenty fast enough at stock.

Get the i5, it's only like $70-80 more and it will last you way longer.
