I am building my gaming PC soon and I was wondering if I should go with the i5-6500 or the i3-6100. I will be playing Overwatch, Rocket League, and Star Wars Battlefront on this. My budget is $680.

The mobo is just such a good deal..I had to take it so I wouldn't have to buy OEM windows again because I will use this for a while.

a couple of tweaks.
if you have stay under $680 - you could do something like below - Among the changes i've taken the cooler out, you can use the stock cooler till you have a spare $30 and throw it in the build later easy as.

That PSU looks unreliable...and why the mobo change?

Z series is for overclocking and faster DDR speed ram, your CPU can't overclock and your RAM speed matches the H series board and they are cheaper.
its all a balancing act, you only have $680 to spend, having an i5 and the gtx1060 this is my suggestion - the psu is fine; i wouldn't say unreliable and i wouldn't say its great. by all means if you have more money to spend then definitely get a better psu or go back down to an i3 or get a lesser gpu. i also ditched the ssd, you would have filled that up storage up pretty quickly.
