i3 6100 R9 270x VS i5 2500k GTX 1050 Ti

Hello guys , I'm going to buy a new PC.I'm only a school student so my budget is very very tight.So,I can get new i3 6100 with used r9 270x or used i5 2500k with new gtx 1050 ti. I've never bought used parts before so I'm really worried that it might be a broken item. I can not buy a totally new pc because if I did it wouldn't be able to play new games as my budget is low. My monitor is 720p only. So which should be able to handle new games on mixed high @ 50-60 fps ?And is buying used parts a bad idea ? They are cheap though.Both cost the same in my country.

My budget is 350$ for the PC. And yes I already have monitor , mouse etc just need the pc.Both of the setups mentioned above costs the same..

No OS needed but everything else. I can build both of the setups above for 350$ , I need to know which one will perform better and which one is safer to buy.

So you need the HDD, case etc.

Are you sure you can do that for 350$?

If you're buying a "New" PC, then you have the case and everything, correct?

In which case, the i3 build would probably be the best bet, and if you can get a 1050Ti with that it would be a good pair, it should come around your budget.

So, I understand the options are:
1) i5 2500K with overclock and GTX1050Ti build is definitely best for fastest, smoothest gaming- good for playing the very latest AAA titles. It is also a bit risky, as it is difficult to find overclockable s1155 motherboards.
2) Same, but without CPU overclock- a system still more universal than i3 6100 in AAA titles.
3) i3 6100 + 270X- the only positive point- upgradable to a better processor, and maybe USB3.0.
4) If you can wait a month, 2core/4thread pentiums for ~$30 lower price than i3 6100 have to come out, and offer about the same speed (3.6GHz). This, with GTX1050 (instead of GTX1050TI) is a good choice of cheaper upgradable system, still good for basically every game on 720P monitor.

The 4) make more sense than 3), but both would need a lot of upgrades in the long run, so I would probably just pick 1), and only upgrade the monitor to 1080P when possible.
