Hey, I'm new to pc building so I need some help with it.
1. Is this pc build decent? (I don't ask for 'future proof' rig because nothing is really future proof)
2. Is this motherboard good, I mean the mobo is compatible with everything and I don't plan to oc anything.
3. If you have some suggestions let me know.
This is my build:

P.S. Sorry for bad english.

Solution
1) At least change the PSU, and if you don't mind to use the nvidia GPU , then get the gtx970.

Solution
looks pretty solid all around, maybe look up some FSP PSU's in that price range

a little more expensive than the corsair you have selected but it is also a tad higher in the quality department.

also don't get the 970 its just not worth it compared to the r9 390 like you are planning, but i would recommend the MSI over the asus
