i3 6100+RX 480=good combo??or not?

Will an i3 6100 bottleneck RX 480,I will be mostly playing WoW.Im planning to play on high settings.And If there will be any bottleneck then what should I buy:gtx 1050 Ti or RX 470?
Oh and what about temps?

Get the RX-480. The 3.7 GHz hyper-threaded dual core Skylake will be fine with that card.
