I3 + 660ti vs i5 + 560ti ?

Hi guys,
I have a quick question. Im thinking about buying an i3-3220 + gtx 660 ti for gaming solo/multiplayer or should i grab an i5 and downgrade the gpu to something like a 560 ti ? ( i don't overclock )

Or a amd processor with radeon 7950 is better ?

Hi. What's your budget and preferred website(s) for parts? It might be possible to get an i5 like the i5-3470 with the GTX 660.
