i3 - 7100 vs i3 - 6100 - Which one should I buy?

Hello all, I'm working on building my first PC. Originally I had planned to use the i3 - 6100 in this build, but now that the i3 7100 is out, should I still purchase and use the i3 - 6100, or this new i3? Here is my parts list: https://pcpartpicker.com/user/Hyrulian764/saved/DQw9TW

With that motherboard the 6100 the new processors need either a BIOS update to the board or one of the newer boards like the B250 for a budget board.
