[SOLVED] i3 8100 laptop not working

so my cousin got a laptop with a i3 8100 and 4gb of ram..no card..and every game he plays is very choppy,cant run games like minecraft on low or cs go 480p..it runs like 30 fps with constant drops..the frame rate is not consistent,any fixes?

Completely depends on what is causing the drops.
It's a very low end laptop, so the drops are probably simply components being limited.

Minecraft has low requirements, but you only need simple background apps and an 8100 and 4GB RAM can disappeare very quickly. You'd need to check what the % usage of each component is first, I suspect you're having bottlenecks.
