I'm so sorry if this has been asked for 3 million times but i still want to ask something.
I'm building a PC with i3 8100 now
I comes with a free cooler. But a lot of my friends said the stock is shit for me who does some video editing and pretty long session of gaming. I searched around and found this Cooler Master i70C, it looks like a standard cooler though. But is it better than the stock? Weather's quite warm here so i'm considering it.
Any recommendations are welcome

Solution
Intel stock coolers got a bad name when they were still included with unlocked i5s and i7s, they barely kept up with temps.
For a 8th gen i3, the stock cooler is plenty.

Hmm alright, but is the i70C worth it? It's around 10 bucks here
And i heard stock can be loud as hell sometimes, and they are hard to clean
Is that true tho?

I wouldnt bother, its mostly going to be a sidegrade instead of an upgrade.
The stock cooler is free, and its included. Use it for yourself and see how its goes. Again, they are known to be loud from older generations (noted above).
If you arent satisfied with the stock cooler, buy something like a Cryorig H7, no real benefit from anything cheaper/smaller.
