I3 8100 vs i5 4460

I am going to build a new PC so please tell me which processor is better i3 8100 or i5 4460 . I am going to pair it with a gtx 1050ti

^^ Agreed. Newest gen (Also the one CPU to take a lesser hit form all this meltdown/spectra crap going on), faster speed 3.2 vs 3.6 and both are true quad core CPU's.
