I3 8350k 4.8ghz, 1.4v safe under 75c?

As title says, I'm running those settings in my OC for my I3 8350k...

Will the 1.4v cause any issues as long as Im not over 75c even under the AIDA64 CPU, FPU, and CACHE stress test?

Any awnsers are appreciated.

I am currently running a I3 8350k at 4.8ghz with 1.4v and with AIDA64 I havent reached over 75c (Currently) so I am wondering if 1.4v will be just fine for my chip as long as even under these extreme loads it wont overheat (saying over 80c is dangerous)

My stress test settings are as shown:
Stress CPU (yes)
Stress FPU(yes
Stress Cache(yes)

Should be just fine im currently at 4.7 @ 4.2V Stable max temps @ 72C On 120MM AIO
