Question i3 9100f setup showing 0% GPU Usage

Currently running a setup with a CPU that has no integrated graphics, yet in task manager my GPU stays at 0 % no matter what programs i run. I am sure this is what's causing some of my programs to fail, namely Android Studio and League of Legends. Is my GPU too old and not supported or maybe a hidden setting i need to find?

Have updated GPU driver from AMD by GPU selection and tried again via Adrenaline.

Radeon HD 6670
B365M DS3H
4gb ddr4 2400
win 10 1909 (Reset with New CPU and Motherboard)

Any advice would help thanks.

Can you disable IGPU in BIOS ?
