[SOLVED] i3 9100f speed question

Hi, i bought two computers with the same specs with an i3 9100f but in different time . I know that this proccesor cant be overclocked but in the second computer the proccesor hits 3.90ghz and the other only 3.60ghz. (Both have Turbo boost enabled). I see that the ratio multiplier is higher in the first one. Do anyone knows why one have more?and How can i increase this in t he second? Thanks beforehand !

Solution
One should not have to change what are default/stock settings for a given CPU...(for example, 42X multiplier on 1 core, 41X on two cores, etc...)

If they've been tinkered with, however, all bets are off....

Remove XTU on the laggard system, reset BIOS to defaults (compare BIOS versions?)...

I'd not expect to be able to run higher than stock turbo ratios on multiple cores with a B-series board, i.e., without a Z-series board....

Are both in at least Balanced WIndows Power Plan? (One can try Performance mode, but that has never been needed in my experience to hit max turbo speeds as long as all chipset drivers are properly installed...)

The Z series mainboards might offer come flexibility with ratios (MCE gives the ability to run all cores at near max turbo, for instance) that other's (H310, H3xx, B360/365) do not...

Are either equipped with a Z-series mainboard?

Both have the same mother ASUS B365M-A, and all other components are the same.

Both computers have the same energy plan and bios version, they are litterally the same but the question is why one runs with a higher speed.

Well i finally resolve this problem, i update the bios and now the proccesor reachs 4.00ghz anyway the other pc is still running at 3.80ghz i will update the other one to see how much increase the speed.
