i3 and 1050 ti?

I want to pair my Nvidia GTX 4GB 1050 ti with an Intel i3 6100, will the i3 bottleneck the graphics card?

Nope. That card and cpu are perfectly compatible without any bottleneck whatsoever. The 6100 is pretty recent and has enough juice to handle even more powerful cards.

Bottlenecking doesnt work like that. It completely depends on the graphical settings, resolution, desired framerate and games being played. Also, do not buy the i3 6100. The G4560 is much cheaper and performs similarly.
