i3 speed problem

hey guys, im a gamer and i've noticed that my computer is drastically slower, i've cleaned my registry with ccleaner free and deleted the stuff i didnt need and it just literally keeps getting slower by the minute any way i could fix this?
i mainly noticed the speed difference after seeing my file transfer rate drop from 30 mbps to 100kbps pls tell me how to fix this

Either way you have a Dual Core man. You might want to invest in a i7.

If its a laptop or a pre-built, post the make and model preferably with a link to its spec. If its a built PC, list all of its components - CPU, Motherboard, RAM, Hard Drive, Optical Drive, Graphics Card, Power Supply, Operating System.

Get rid of Cleaner Free as in Uninstall it and install MalwareBytes Free and do a quick/threat scan.

scan started but i dont have a license so should i buy it or get my hard drive erased if anything is found?

Malwarebytes is free and dont format your C drive or you will regret it.
