I3570k mb? memory?

Im buying an i3570k and Id like to know wich motherboard and memory you recommend!

I have in mind

Mb:
asrock extreme4 or gigabyte z77x ud3h.


Also i plan to buy an SSD drive!
Its a gaming rig
