Question i39400 vs ryzen 2600

Wich one should i buy?
i3 9100 -> 100 €
ryzen 5 2600 -> 150 +2 games (i could sell the game so i save some money)

What do you think?

I'm not sure if you are technically allowed to sell the games, also not sure if you have to have an AMD Ryzen CPU installed to use the games (would make it harder to sell.)

I think the Ryzen 5 2600 is a great deal either way.
