I5 1.7-2.6GHz vs i7 1.9-3.0GHz for gaming?

Firstly, sorry if this is in the wrong section. New here.

Is the 0.4GHz going to make a difference in gaming?
I'm looking at my next mobile which would come with either:

OR
http://ark.intel.com/products/65714/

They seem very similar. The i7 model also comes with 2GB of vram instead of 1GB but I figure it wont matter since I only game on one monitor at 1080p. Any thoughts/advice?
