Question i5-10300h vs ryzen 5-4500u for editing?

Hi, is it better to go with the i5-10300h or ryzen 5-4500u to do mid level editing ? i think the ryzen is 8core processor. any suggestion , thank u

10300h. it got higher tdp 35/45 w vs 4500u(6 cores) 15w
