With an i5 max is 2666. 2933 can only be achieved with an i7.

Personally, I would go with a B560 board, and 3200mhz ram. Better performance that way.

10400f does not have integrated graphics.
Considering the high price and limited availability of graphics cards today, I would pick a non f version.
I would consider the new i5-11400 which is not only stronger in compute, but includes the new Xe UHD750 graphics
