[SOLVED] i5-11400 CPU core voltage range from 0.790 to 1.252. Is it normal?

I have just installed new i5-11400. And the CPU core voltage jumps from 0.790 to 1.252.
Is it normal? Why it happens?

That's normal. Also the clockspeed jumps from low to high and back.
