Question i5 11600K Running extremely hot even when idle

I have an i5-11600k with an Arctic Freezer 34 esports duo Rev2 air cooler.
My CPU is running extremely hot (40° C Idle 90-100° C Under Load. For case fans I have 2 intake 1 exhaust (2 Intake on front of case, 1 on back behind cpu cooler).
Is this cooler just not enough and do I need to buy a new one or am I doing something wrong?

40c Idle is fine.
When you say under load, with those temps, I'm assuming you're running a CPU stress test and it's at 100% correct?
What case, and what GPU? Is this a new issue that appeared randomly or did you just build the system?

That cooler should be enough for the 11600k at stock settings, especially for normal workloads. What are your temps while in-game, for example?
