It is on an MSI MAG B660M MORTAR DDR4. Before and after updating the BIOS, there have been no changes.
It is striking that when opening the Device Manager, in CPU, 12 appear (threads, I suppose). I used the Intel® Processor Identification Utility and it recognizes that it is 6 cores and 12 threads. But in msconfig only 4 cores appear.
I notice that I had an H110M-R before, with this same Windows 10, but seeing that it 'worked', I did not see the need to re-install anything when I put this MSI board on it. Sure, except for the problem I'm writing to you about.
