Question i5 12400f + 4080 or i7 12700k + 4070ti ?

I have decided to buy the Asus ROG RTX 4080 Nvidia graphics card to play computer games.
And I expect my system to run games at the highest graphics settings at 1080p resolution with a frame rate of 150-200+ and with minimal frame drops.

List of games I am interested in playing:
Dota2 , GTA V Online , FIFA 23, NFS HEAT, Shadow Of Tomb Raider , COD Warzone 2

Which of these two systems can lead me to my goal?
