Hey, im currently looking at buying a GTX 690 for my new Rig. I want to know if the i5 2300 will bottleneck a GTX 690.

Thanks :)

Solution
No you won't, your PSU is very low quality, and I would recommend at ABSOLUTE minimum a good quality 750w, that's how much this sucker draws.
Save up and get a 1060, much better choice, and it'll perform better as well.

My Budget is only around $120 AUD. Just been looking around on ebay.
I have a 600W PSU if that helps.

Oh jesus, you can get a 690 that cheap? 😱
I'd be a bit suspicious, but if it turns out to be legit you might want to consider upgrading your power supply as well as picking it up, as a 600w PSU won't handle a GTX 690, especially if it isn't the greatest quality.
Full specs pls. 😛

i5 2300
Asus P8H61-M
8GB DDR3
R7 360
250GB 7200RPM
Thermaltake Versa H15 w/ 600W PSU

Someone was running his 690 off of a i7 920 and a 600W PSU, so i might have a chance of running it. Heres the ebay link: http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/262860109654?_trksid=p2055119.m1438.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT
